Join our client’s Organisational Development and Culture Team as a Learning & Development Partner and be part of a transformative journey in shaping a vibrant learning culture. Role Purpose As the Learning & Development Partner, you will play a crucial role in crafting and executing our learning strategy across the organization. You will be a trusted advisor to the Learning & Development Lead and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels to identify learning needs, propose impactful solutions, and cultivate a culture of continuous development. This hands‑on role is varied and exciting, where you will seamlessly transition from facilitating management workshops to consulting on learning needs and designing engaging content. Key Accountabilities Learning Operations & Experience Support Provide top‑notch operational support for learning activities, ensuring a smooth and engaging experience for all learners.Coordinate onboarding learning journeys for new starters, including an all‑group induction.Ensure learning logistics—from scheduling to communications—are well‑managed and aligned with our brand standards. Learning Design & Facilitation Design and deliver engaging, learner‑centric content across various formats: in‑person, virtual, digital, and social learning.Facilitate impactful learning sessions, focusing on leadership development and essential behavioural skills.Collaborate with subject matter experts to create content that reflects operational realities and strategic objectives. Learning Consultancy & Stakeholder Engagement Build strong relationships with business leaders and People Partners to understand capability needs and co‑create tailored learning solutions.Lead Learning Needs Analyses to identify gaps and recommend targeted interventions.Act as a learning consultant, challenging current approaches and advising on best‑fit solutions aligned to strategic priorities. Collaboration & Continuous Improvement Partner with the Learning Systems Specialist to evaluate learning effectiveness and inform future design.Stay updated on learning trends, tools, and innovations, bringing fresh ideas to the table. Skills and Experience Proven experience in a learning and development role, ideally within a complex or operational environment.Strong stakeholder management and consulting skills—able to influence and build trust at all levels.Confident facilitator with experience delivering leadership or management development programmes.Familiarity with digital learning tools and platforms is desirable. Desired Qualifications Professional qualification in Learning and Development or Instructional Design (e.g., CIPD, ATD, TAP, or equivalent).Evidence of continuous professional development (CPD).
