About the Role & Team The Regional Sales Manager will play a pivotal role in ensuring our customers receive a world‑class end‑to‑end journey. You will lead, manage and inspire a high‑performing team to deliver exceptional operational excellence, implement innovative sales strategies, exceed targets, drive value through a skilled sales team and collaborate with marketing to deliver targeted campaigns and tools. Key Responsibilities Oversee the planning and execution of sales, customer service and operational processes to achieve strategic goals. Maintain updated records, ensure compliance and drive customer satisfaction metrics such as NPS scores. Participate in progression meetings, quality control initiatives and develop innovative solutions to meet customer and business needs. Key Skills & Experience Experience managing teams within the new building sales environment. Strong organisational and multitasking abilities. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Effective negotiation and conflict resolution skills. Demonstrated leadership and team management capabilities. Ability to inspire and guide teams towards achieving common goals.
