This role offers an exciting opportunity to shape how Taskrabbit shows up across the UK, Germany, and France driving culturally relevant brand storytelling, social content, and partnerships that connect with local audiences through our global channels.You’ll play a key role in bringing our brand to life through social, identifying and amplifying European stories, and building meaningful collaborations with influencers and partners — including deepening our ongoing relationship with IKEA. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of culture and trends, a passion for creating content that engages communities, and the confidence to bring fresh, creative ideas to the table.This is a highly cross-functional role that works closely with Global Brand and Social teams, Regional Marketing, Creative, PR, and CRM to deliver integrated, impactful campaigns. You’ll balance strategy with execution from concepting content and supporting local shoots, to managing influencer programs and ensuring our European perspective shines through Taskrabbit’s global brand storytelling.This position reports to the EU Marketing Director and is ideal for someone who’s a natural collaborator, loves working across markets, and thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment where experimentation and innovation are encouraged.ResponsibilitiesPartner with the Global Brand Marketing and Social teams to develop and execute localized social content initiatives that enhance Taskrabbit’s presence in the UK, Germany, and France through the global social channels.Champion experimentation and innovation in social media—testing new formats, tools (including AI-powered creative solutions), and storytelling approaches to elevate Taskrabbit’s brand presence.Identify, create, and propose culturally relevant stories, trends, and moments from the UK, DE, and FR that can be amplified through Taskrabbit’s global social platforms to strengthen brand relevance and engagement.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including PR, CRM, and Product and Partner Marketing, to bring integrated, multi-channel campaigns to life on social—finding creative ways to extend reach, deepen engagement, and amplify campaign narratives.Execution & PartnershipsWork closely with global creative and content teams to adapt campaign assets for cultural relevance in Europe while maintaining brand consistency and tone of voice.Create compelling content for our global social channels by directing or supporting local shoots and capturing authentic photos and videos featuring stories, talent, and moments that reflect the Taskrabbit brand in European markets.Lead the development and execution of regional brand partnerships and activations that bring Taskrabbit’s brand to life locally, drive awareness, and create meaningful connections with European audiences.Lead out on support influencer sourcing identification, outreach, and activation across key European markets on an evergreen and campaign basis, leveraging creators who can authentically represent Taskrabbit’s mission and value proposition.Help shape the ongoing partnership strategy with IKEA, identifying new opportunities for co-created content, influencer collaborations, and joint social storytelling.Support community engagement across the UK, DE, and FR by collaborating with Customer Support and other stakeholders to address issues and maintain Taskrabbit’s positive reputation across social channels.Analysis & OptimizationAct as a collaborative partner and mentor for agency partners, freelancers, and internal teammates, fostering a culture of creativity, accountability, and results across the European marketing team.Monitor social and campaign performance across regions, translating insights into recommendations for optimization and future planning.Track and analyze cultural, digital, and social trends across the UK, DE, and FR to inform content planning and brand activations.Skills and Requirements4+ years’ experience insocial media, brand marketing, or partnerships, ideally within aconsumer, lifestyle, or marketplace brand.Proven track record ofdeveloping and executing social and influencer campaignsthat drive awareness and engagement across markets.Strong understanding ofcontent creation and production, with experience directing or supporting local shoots.Excellentcommunication and project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple campaigns and stakeholders.Naturallycurious, proactive, and bold, with a strong POV and passion for culture, trends, and creative storytelling.Fluent inEnglish;French or Germanproficiency a plus, along with experience working across UK, DE, and FR markets.At Taskrabbit, our approach to compensation is designed to be competitive, transparent, and equitable. total compensation consists of base pay + bonus + benefits + perks. the base pay range for this position is £40,000 to £58,000 . this range is representative of base pay only, and does not include any other total cash compensation amounts, such as company bonus or benefits.
