This is a fantastic opportunity for a Paralegal to develop their career further whilst building strong relationships within a UK and international client base.

The ideal candidate will have some experience working as a Paralegal in Intellectual Property/Trade Marks, but candidates with a demonstrable interest in this area and a passion to learn and develop a career in a fast-paced environment will also be considered.

Some of the main areas you will be working in include:

  1. Assist in the administration of the Trade Mark database
  2. Assist with due diligence reports and Trade Mark clearance searches
  3. Support fee earners on litigation matters
  4. Assist in managing anti-counterfeiting cases for major brands
  5. Offer further support to fee earners on other complex matters
