This role combines property management expertise with exceptional customer service to ensure seamless facility operations while representing JLL and our clients with professionalism and excellence in the local business community.Key ResponsibilitiesProperty & Tenant ManagementAct as primary point of contact for all tenant inquiries, requests, and escalationsBuild and maintain strong relationships with tenants and landlords where applicableEnsure compliance with lease terms and legal requirements across the portfolioCoordinate service visits with property management representatives and approved vendorsDrive high standards and consistency in lease requirement managementMonitor tenant satisfaction and proactively address concernsWorkplace OperationsProvide exceptional hospitality and support for guests, visitors, and employeesResolve facility-related issues including janitorial services, conference room management, workstation support, and interior/exterior furnishings and equipmentCoordinate and schedule maintenance activities to meet defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs)Collaborate with internal departments (IT, Security, Kitchen, Real Estate) to ensure high-quality project completionEnsure facility compliance with local building, health, safety, and fire codesDevelop and implement operational procedures and standard operating practicesIdentify and present monthly cost‑saving opportunities and operational improvementsVendor & Contract ManagementManage facility contracts as the client’s designated managing agentCoordinate vendor discussions regarding goal setting, performance criteria, and reviewsMaintain strong relationships with suppliers and service providersMonitor service delivery quality and contractor performanceAdministrative & Event SupportCoordinate special events for clients and JLL initiativesHandle mail services including pickup, delivery, postage preparation, and courier coordinationSupport various administrative tasks to ensure smooth daily operationsAssist with workplace technology integration and facility improvementsClient Relations & Business DevelopmentRepresent JLL and clients professionally in the local and regional business communityPromote JLL’s reputation and capabilities to prospective tenants and clientsLead efforts to monitor and enhance customer satisfactionServe as brand ambassador for facility management excellenceExperience & EducationMinimum 2 years of experience in facilities management, property management, or related fieldDemonstrated experience in customer service and relationship managementBackground in vendor management and contract coordination preferredTechnical SkillsProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)Experience with facility management systems and technologiesInterest in continuous improvement and emerging workplace technologiesCore CompetenciesExcellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational abilitiesOutstanding customer service orientation with problem‑solving mindsetStrong multitasking capabilities with ability to work independentlyProfessional demeanor with excellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work effectively both independently and as part of a remote teamSelf‑motivated with capability to work without direct supervisionLocation: On‑site – Berkshire, GBRIf this job description resonates with you, we encourage you to apply, even if you don’t meet all the requirements.
