Pattern is headquartered in the US and has a strong focus on data-driven decision making.Pattern has been named one of the fastest growing tech companies and one of the best-led companies, with a focus on employee experience and a culture recognized as an inclusive and supportive workplace.RoleSenior Account Manager - Advertising – you will drive hands-on SEM execution, optimisation and client success as part of Pattern’s ecommerce acceleration team.ResponsibilitiesHands-on execution and optimisation of SEM accountsTest, scale and optimise campaigns in Amazon Ads and other retail media, including Google Ads, Meta, Instagram, TikTok Ads and AffiliatesAnalyse and optimise existing campaigns (structure, keyword research, negative keywords, bid adjustments, new campaigns, compelling ad copy, audience targeting, and other optimisations to drive revenue and sales)Ongoing management of monthly budgets across client accountsCommunicate with clients via email, calls and meetings to provide insightsIdentify insights and opportunities that feed into the development of strategies to meet client expectations and growth targetsDaily reporting and monitoring of campaigns to ensure revenue and sales objectives are metDeliver weekly, monthly and yearly reporting in line with Pattern's reporting frameworkCompetitor analysisCollaborate with SEO and Analytics teams to drive integrated strategy and insightsProvide specialist SEM advice to Pattern team and contribute to consulting projects as requiredQualificationsMinimum of 4+ years' experience in a hands-on Search Engine Marketing role, preferably within an agency2:1/1st degree or aboveExcellent verbal and written communication skillsExperience executing campaigns across SEM (including AdWords, Amazon sponsored Ads)Experience with remarketing, prospecting and paid social campaigns is a bonusExcellent attention to detailAnalytical with an eye for insightsProficient in Excel, PowerPoint, Google Analytics and data interpretationExperience working with retail/ecommerce clients (desirable)Hiring processAn initial phone interview with Pattern's talent acquisition teamAn interview with a hiring managerA second stage interview with a case study in the form of a presentationA third stage interview with a VPA final interview with the European General ManagerBenefits28 days HolidayCompetitive salaryRSU's (Restricted Stock Units)Hybrid working (2 days a week in the office)Health Shield Cover (Health, Dental, Eye care and Physio cash reimbursement plan)Free breakfast and snacks in the officePension SchemeEnhanced Maternity and Paternity leave and payRegular company socialsPattern is an equal opportunity employer.
