Project Management: Are you passionate about drivingchange and delivering results? As a Project Manager, you'll oversee thedirection, coordination, and execution of business-driven projects, ensuringadherence to Unipart's Project Delivery System methodology. From small-scaleinitiatives to major programmes, you'll play a pivotal role in supportingcustomer service, business development, and IT projects.

Solutions Design: Or maybe Solutions Design is more yourthing? This team is focused on designing innovative solutions for ourcustomers and you'll work on projects involving mathematical models,algorithms, and simulation techniques to support them. You'll contributecreatively, independently undertaking tasks from data analysis to detailedcostings, and supporting senior management with proposals and presentations.

Automation and Innovation: Are you passionate abouttechnology and automation? Here you'll leverage your expertise to delivercutting-edge automation projects. From Autonomous Mobile Robots toCollaborative Robots, you'll drive innovation and develop business casesthat deliver value for Unipart and its customers. With a focus ondata-driven decision-making, you'll lead the charge in driving change andimproving processes.

Operations Excellence: Or perhaps you'll join us inchallenging the status quo and enhancing operational performance. As anOperations Excellence Manager, you'll lead continuous improvementinitiatives focused on efficiency, quality, and innovation. Through theapplication of tools and techniques, you'll drive tangible financialsavings and promote a culture of excellence across Unipart Logistics.

About you:

To thrive in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in a relevant Supply Chain, Logistics or Maths-basedsubject (2:2 or above)
  • A full UK driving license with access to your own car
  • To be hard working with the flexibility to go where the businessneeds you
  • Project management capability and a genuine interest inautomation
  • To work effectively under pressure and independently, takingaccountability for your work at all times
  • A real thirst for knowledge, willingness to learn and desire tochallenge the status quo
  • The ability to understand and interpret data
  • Exceptional communication and organisational skills
