THE OPPORTUNITY We are seeking a Technical Documentation Specialist with a particular focus on engineering acceptance reports. This role is vital to ensuring that customer deliverables are comprehensive, accurate, and produced efficiently. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Develop and produce clear, concise, and accurate engineering acceptance reports and other technical documentation. Collect, compile, and verify data from internal stakeholders and systems. Collaborate with engineering, test preparation, and quality teams to ensure completeness and technical integrity of all documentation. Identify and report discrepancies or inefficiencies within data collection and reporting processes. Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance documentation quality and delivery efficiency. Ensure all deliverables meet customer requirements and internal quality standards. SKILLS REQUIRED Proven experience in technical documentation, preferably within an engineering or manufacturing environment. Strong analytical and data interpretation skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a high attention to detail. Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities. Strong collaboration and stakeholder engagement skills across technical and non-technical teams. Familiarity with engineering data systems, test documentation, or quality processes is desirable. Proactive and improvement-focused mindset with a commitment to accuracy and efficiency.
