THE OPPORTUNITY
We are seeking a Technical Documentation Specialist with a particular focus on engineering acceptance reports. This role is vital to ensuring that customer deliverables are comprehensive, accurate, and produced efficiently.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and produce clear, concise, and accurate engineering acceptance reports and other technical documentation.
- Collect, compile, and verify data from internal stakeholders and systems.
- Collaborate with engineering, test preparation, and quality teams to ensure completeness and technical integrity of all documentation.
- Identify and report discrepancies or inefficiencies within data collection and reporting processes.
- Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance documentation quality and delivery efficiency.
- Ensure all deliverables meet customer requirements and internal quality standards.
SKILLS REQUIRED:
- Proven experience in technical documentation, preferably within an engineering or manufacturing environment.
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a high attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
- Strong collaboration and stakeholder engagement skills across technical and non-technical teams.
- Familiarity with engineering data systems, test documentation, or quality processes is desirable.
- Proactive and improvement-focused mindset with a commitment to accuracy and efficiency.
