THE OPPORTUNITY
We are seeking a Technical Documentation Specialist with a particular focus on engineering acceptance reports. This role is vital to ensuring that customer deliverables are comprehensive, accurate, and produced efficiently.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop and produce clear, concise, and accurate engineering acceptance reports and other technical documentation.
  • Collect, compile, and verify data from internal stakeholders and systems.
  • Collaborate with engineering, test preparation, and quality teams to ensure completeness and technical integrity of all documentation.
  • Identify and report discrepancies or inefficiencies within data collection and reporting processes.
  • Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance documentation quality and delivery efficiency.
  • Ensure all deliverables meet customer requirements and internal quality standards.

SKILLS REQUIRED:

  • Proven experience in technical documentation, preferably within an engineering or manufacturing environment.
  • Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a high attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong collaboration and stakeholder engagement skills across technical and non-technical teams.
  • Familiarity with engineering data systems, test documentation, or quality processes is desirable.
  • Proactive and improvement-focused mindset with a commitment to accuracy and efficiency.
