OTE up to £31,500 per annum, 40 hours per week, Permanent. Set shifts, competitive salary and career development opportunities. Responsibilities Assist in the smooth running of all customer‑facing departments: breakfast team, checkout periods, housekeeping. Work across F&B and Front Office teams. Hands‑on management within a busy Food & Beverage department. Advance from Junior HoD to Senior HoD, potentially to Head of Department. Qualifications Experience in Food & Beverage department, hands‑on management. Guest Relations experience is advantageous. Interest in local area trends.
