We're looking for a Facilities Team Leader to inspire and guide a dedicated team in delivering exceptional service across our estate. What You'll Be Doing As a Facilities Team Leader, you'll take charge of a team responsible for keeping our training facilities clean, safe, and operational. Your day-to-day will include: Leading and motivating a team of operatives to deliver high standards Allocating tasks, checking work, and ensuring deadlines are met Rolling up your sleeves to support with cleaning, grounds, and building maintenance Overseeing planned and reactive maintenance to ensure compliance Operating fleet vehicles and plant machinery (training provided if needed) Keeping accurate records using both digital and paper-based systems Ensuring all work is carried out safely and in line with regulations What We're Looking For We're after someone who's hands-on, proactive, and ready to lead by example. Ideally, you'll bring: Experience in soft facilities management or a similar environment Proven leadership skills - you know how to inspire and get the best from a team Strong understanding of Health & Safety (COSHH, manual handling, risk assessments) Great organisational skills and the ability to prioritise under pressure Familiarity with estate services, grounds maintenance, and plant operations Confidence using IT systems, including Microsoft Office A UK driving licence is essential to carry out the duties of this role Why Join Landmarc?
