As a Senior Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting the Client Accounting function, ensuring the smooth delivery of administrative processes and contributing to the accuracy and efficiency of financial operations. Key Responsibilities Provide high-level administrative support to the Client Accounting team Assist with the preparation and processing of financial documentation Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with internal and external regulations Liaise with clients and internal stakeholders to resolve queries Support the team with reporting and data management tasks Contribute to process improvements and operational efficiency Requirements Proven experience within financial services is a must Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Knowledge of client accounting processes is desirable but not essential Competitive salary and benefits package Supportive and collaborative team environment Opportunities for professional development Central Edinburgh location with hybrid working options Eden Scott offers the services of an employment agency for permanent work and an employment business for temporary work.
