He struggles with mental health, autism, mild‑moderate learning disability, anxiety, and obsessive‑compulsive disorder. About You We are seeking a highly skilled, motivated, and emotionally intelligent leader who thrives on challenge and is passionate about delivering person‑centred, life‑changing support. You will work closely with the team of Advanced Support Workers, guiding and inspiring them to deliver innovative, evidence‑based care that helps the young man continue to thrive. A background in leading a service with people who have autism or obsessive‑compulsive disorder would be a great fit. Your role will be pivotal in creating a positive, ambitious, and supportive culture where the team can perform at their best while delivering the highest quality care. Successful candidates will undertake transition work with the team in Grimsby prior to the young gentleman moving into his new home at the end of March 2026. This may include overnight stays. All travel and hotel expenses are paid for. In addition you will be comfortable using basic IT systems required within the role – training will be offered. You will also hold a professional qualification in Health and Social Care, e.g. Nurse, Social Worker, SVQ Level 3 plus supervisory units (Scotland) / Care Management Level 3 (England).
