This is a permanent role based in London. As the Head of Ecommerce, you will oversee the development and execution of our digital strategy, ensuring a seamless and engaging online experience for our fashion-forward customers. You’ll lead a team of digital specialists, leveraging data insights and the latest trends to drive traffic, enhance user experience, and boost online sales. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute a comprehensive digital strategy to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and online revenue growth. Lead and manage a team of digital professionals across e-commerce, UX/UI, digital marketing, and analytics. Optimize the user journey across all digital touchpoints, ensuring a frictionless and visually compelling experience. Utilize analytics and insights to track performance, refine strategies, and maximize digital marketing ROI. Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies to keep the brand at the forefront of digital innovation. Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and creative teams to align digital initiatives with broader business goals. What are we looking for? Proven experience in a senior digital role within the fashion, retail, or e-commerce sector. Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a high-performing digital team. Expertise in digital marketing channels, SEO, performance marketing, and UX/UI design principles. Proficiency in analytics tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, or similar. Data-driven mindset with a keen eye for identifying growth opportunities and optimizing digital performance. Passion for fashion and an understanding of fast fashion trends and consumer behavior.
