Product Design Lead Join Humaans as the Product Design Lead and help build the Product Design function at this early‑stage, fast‑growing HR tech startup. Responsibilities Lead and oversee multiple product areas from conception to launch Own strategic decisions around our product direction Design end‑to‑end flows and experiences that are simple and elegant, solving the most pressing problems our customers are experiencing Align business vision with customer requirements, turning them into useful features Work closely with the Engineering team to translate complex technical architectures into simple and intuitive user interactions Qualifications / Skills Strong individual contributor with acute leadership skills Expert interaction design: define how experiences behave and our interaction model works Expert visual design: define visual language (typography, colour, layout, iconography and aesthetic) Objective‑driven with experience leading product direction Ability to articulate product decisions and present work to the broader team Ability to execute at speed, navigating the rapidly changing priorities of a growing startup Location Central London office (Chancery Lane).
