The Role at a Glance The Waking Night Carer will work alongside another team member, assisting and supporting Winnie with her bedtime / night routine, providing support in all areas of health, care and medical needs. This is an active night shift, Winnie requires constant monitoring, regular suctioning and repositioning etc. The Waking Night Care team work collaboratively and are vigilant, with the overall goal of ensuring Winnie is safe, comfortable and getting as many hours of quality sleep as possible. Much more information is available from Snap Care. This Job Would Suit For this role you will be experienced in complex care (PEG, Suctioning), reliable, caring and dedicated. Being a team player is essential, along with having excellent communication, organisational skills and competent recording, documenting and updating care plans. Female candidates only.
