This role is responsible for end-to-end retail operations, including store management, buying & merchandising, visual merchandising, supply chain, and back-of-house logistics. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, is hands-on across all aspects of the retail experience, and is excited to wear multiple hats to ensure the success of a high-profile store for a premier partner.How You Will Make An ImpactLead day-to-day retail operations, ensuring seamless execution across sales, customer service, and back-of-house functions.With support from the broader buying and merchandising team allocate and deliver a curated product assortment aligned with brand strategy and customer demand.Drive visual merchandising standards to create an inspiring and brand-right in-store experience.Manage supply chain and logistics for the store, including inventory flow, stockroom operations, and vendor coordination.Develop and implement strategies to drive traffic, maximize sales, and achieve store performance targets.Responsible for supporting additional stores in North America as we expand our portfolio.Recruit, train, and lead a high-performing store team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and customer obsession.Partner with cross functional teams (merchandising, marketing, operations, finance, people) to align priorities and deliver business objectives.Act as an ambassador for the brand, representing the store with a strong entrepreneurial mindset.What You Bring To The Team7+ years of progressive experience in retail management, preferably in sports/fashion/lifestyle/flagship store environments.Strong background in buying, merchandising, and retail operations.Demonstrated ability to manage both front-of-house customer experience and back-of-house logistics.Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire, motivate, and develop teams.Entrepreneurial mindset: adaptable, resourceful, and comfortable making decisions in a fast-paced environment.Strong analytical and financial acumen with experience managing budgets and P&L responsibility.Excellent communication and organizational skills.EducationBachelor’s degree is strongly preferred.At Fanatics, we value transparency and honesty.
