Join the Lancashire Skills and Employment Hub as a Project Coordinator and play a key role in supporting the delivery of the Lancashire Apprenticeship Service, helping SMEs access grants and wraparound support to recruit and retain young apprentices. Responsibilities Manage and deliver the Young Apprentice Grant project, ensuring targets, budgets, and timescales are met. Provide impartial advice and guidance to businesses on apprenticeships and workforce development. Build strong relationships with employers, partners, and stakeholders to promote apprenticeships and the Lancashire Skills Pledge. Develop and implement communications and engagement plans, including attending events and networking opportunities. Monitor and evaluate project performance, including data collection, analysis, and reporting. Support and organise events to grow the apprenticeship numbers in Lancashire. Qualifications GCSE Maths and English (A*-C) or equivalent. Experience supporting project delivery and working with IT systems (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Strong organisational and communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage businesses. Knowledge of apprenticeships, including levels, standards, and support organisations.
