This is an opportunity to take on a newly created role at the forefront of a major media organisation’s digital transformation journeyTHE COMPANYJoin a recently centralised audience division, comprising of insight, data, and research functions brought together into a single, high-impact team at the heart of the business; their mission is to deliver independent, strategic insights that drive decision-making across product, streaming, and social, helping shape the future of how audiences engage with their content for this well-known media brandTHE ROLEAs the Lead Product Manager you will head up a pillar team of four Product Managers/Business Partners and act as the strategic link between senior product leaders and the wider insight function. You’ll be a trusted advisor to C-suite stakeholders, bringing clarity to business questions, challenging assumptions, and ensuring insight is embedded into key decisionsKey responsibilities include:Leading the Streaming & Social insight pillar, partnering with senior product and streaming leaders to influence digital growthBuilding strong relationships with stakeholders, shaping briefs, and directing the right mix of research, analytics, and external expertiseOverseeing major strategic projects; from audience growth opportunities to premium product enhancements and trading funnel optimisationCoaching and developing a team of Business Partners, upskilling them in effective business partnering and commercial impactActing as a thought leader on product and digital transformation, bringing an agile, commercial mindset to how insights drive performanceYOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCEI’m looking for a confident and commercially minded leader who can bring:Proven experience in digital product or streaming, ideally with exposure to agile deliveryStrong stakeholder management skills, with the gravitas to challenge and influence at C-suite levelA track record of delivering strategic insights that link audience behaviour to growth and revenue performanceLeadership experience: line management, coaching, and developing teamsBroad understanding of analytics, research, and data disciplines (hands-off, but able to direct cross-functional teams)Media or content experience would be beneficial but not essentialThe BenefitsPlease register your interest by sending your CV to Adam Osborne at Harnham via the Apply link on this pageSeniority levelMid-Senior levelEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionProduct ManagementReferrals increase your chances of interviewing at Harnham by 2x #J-18808-Ljbffr
