TigerCubs Day Nursery are looking for a Level 3 Qualified Nursery Practitioner tojoin our team, the successful applicant will be a motivated and enthusiasticindividual with the ability to use their own initiative working 35 hours perweek, across a rota, 40.6 weeks per year. Themain duties of the role include: Ensuringthe children are cared for in a happy, safe and stimulating environment. Workingin partnership with parents and also fellow colleagues. Maintainingchild development and observation records. Followingand implementing all policies and procedures set out by the nursery. Ensuringthe key person approach is fully instilled in everyday practice. Applicantswill need to demonstrate some recent experience in a childcare setting whichcan be referenced and able to demonstrate their knowledge of the developmentaland learning needs of young children. You will also need to be a positiverole-model to colleagues, students and visitors to the nursery.
