Sales Executive Global Insight Conferences Salary £25,000‑£30,000 DOE + Uncapped Commission (OTE Year 1: £29 – 55 K+) Location London Bridge – Immediate Start About the role In this role you will convert warm enquiries into delegate bookings for our conferences. You’ll speak with engaged prospects, understand their goals, and guide them to the right event solution. What you will do Respond to inbound enquiries across phone, email, and online channels Follow up warm leads quickly and professionally Understand delegate needs and recommend the right conference Build relationships that convert and last Explain event value with confidence and clarity Collaborate with marketing to improve lead quality Update the CRM accurately Hit—and exceed—sales targets Who you are At least one year of full‑time work experience (ideally office‑based) Background in sales, customer service, or account management (events a bonus) Articulate, persuasive, and confident on the phone Target‑driven with strong resilience and self‑motivation Organised and reliable with excellent follow‑up habits Familiarity with CRM systems is helpful Ambitious with a strong academic track record What you’ll get Uncapped commission—you decide your earnings Fast progression for high performers Top‑tier sales training and coaching Supportive, high‑energy culture with regular socials and clubs Perks including team events and fitness groups Charity involvement—profits donated to causes chosen by the team A voice—your ideas shape how we evolve Diversity & Inclusion We’re committed to building an inclusive workplace.
