Pharmacy Courier needed at Princess of Wales Community Hospital. Permanent, full-time position exclusively providing courier services. Main duties of the job We pride ourselves on providing a friendly, customer‑focused and caring Courier service. Working alongside clinical teams and infection control, Courier teams provide local and regional logistics to support the day‑to‑day running of hospital services across two counties. Duties will require you to work to schedules and procedures to ensure a smooth operation across multiple departments. You will form part of a team providing comprehensive Courier services. Tasks will include transport and collection / delivery of mail, specimens, pharmacy etc., both on site and to other sites as required. When assigned to undertake courier duties a vehicle will be supplied and must be maintained to ensure it remains roadworthy and fit for use by others. On some days, you may spend time lone working and as part of a team on others. The role is varied as no two days are the same. In return, you will receive full support, training, and guidance to enable you to fulfil the role and undertake these duties.
