Level Infinite also provides a wide range of services and resources to our network of developers and partner studios around the world to help them unlock the true potential of their games.What The Role EntailsKey ResponsibilitiesLead the strategic planning and development of comprehensive GaaS capabilities, including account systems, official websites, community platforms, in-game stores, email marketing, and other game-supporting systemsCollaborate closely with game studios to understand their specific needs and recommend tailored GaaS solutionsDrive adoption of GaaS capabilities by demonstrating value propositions focused on improving player engagement and operational efficiencyDevelop implementation roadmaps and provide ongoing support to ensure successful integrationAnalyze performance metrics to continuously improve GaaS offerings and demonstrate ROI to studiosStay current with industry trends and best practices in GaaS to maintain competitive advantageWho We Look For8+ years of experience in the gaming industry, with demonstrated expertise in GaaS implementationPrior experience in game publishing, marketing, or community management roles at game studios highly preferredExcellent project management skills with ability to manage multiple studio relationships simultaneouslyData-driven approach to decision making and performance evaluationProficient in English for business communication (written and verbal)Strong presentation and negotiation skills to effectively promote GaaS solutionsPrior success in implementing GaaS solutions that demonstrably improved game performanceEqual Employment Opportunity at TencentSeniority level: Mid-Senior levelEmployment type: Full-timeJob function: Product Management and Marketing #J-18808-Ljbffr
