As a GaaS Product Manager, you will be responsible for planning, developing, and promoting our GaaS capabilities to game studios. You will serve as the bridge between our technology teams and game studios, ensuring successful implementation of GaaS features that enhance player engagement and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the strategic planning and development of comprehensive GaaS capabilities, including account systems, official websites, community platforms, in-game stores, email marketing, and other game-supporting systems
Collaborate closely with game studios to understand their specific needs and recommend tailored GaaS solutions
Drive adoption of GaaS capabilities by demonstrating value propositions focused on improving player engagement and operational efficiency
Develop implementation roadmaps and provide ongoing support to ensure successful integration
Analyze performance metrics to continuously improve GaaS offerings and demonstrate ROI to studios
Stay current with industry trends and best practices in GaaS to maintain competitive advantage
8+ years of experience in the gaming industry, with demonstrated expertise in GaaS implementation
Prior experience in game publishing, marketing, or community management roles at game studios highly preferred
Excellent project management skills with ability to manage multiple studio relationships simultaneously
Data-driven approach to decision making and performance evaluation
Proficient in English for business communication (written and verbal)
Strong presentation and negotiation skills to effectively promote GaaS solutions
Prior success in implementing GaaS solutions that demonstrably improved game performance
