It's a diverse and inclusive work environment where world-class talent knows no distinctions.Bring your skills to the mix as a Principal Dams and Reservoirs Engineer, you'll play a vital role in every aspect of dams and reservoir engineering on Transformational Programmes for critical UK infrastructure with opportunities to work on iconic engineering projects at home and abroad.We specialise in all aspects of dams and reservoir engineering, within multiple challenging and engaging sectors such as Water, Aviation, Energy and Cities & Development. We continue to provide industry-leading engineering solutions right through the project lifecycle, with value added through client-side support as well as construction phases. If being a part of a team with a passion for this industry is for you then we would love to talk to you.We currently have opportunities in our Epsom, Bristol, Swansea, Manchester and Glasgow offices.Your roleLead a team to undertake technical design work following relevant design standards and codes, and to high-quality levels.Prepare briefs, scopes of work, and input into bid proposals.Successfully manage time and budgets to key project milestones and programmes.Work closely with teams in the UK and overseas to deliver integrated design solutions.Adhere to quality assurance standards in design.About youChartered Civil Engineer.Interest in developing into the role of Reservoir Supervising Engineer.Experience in leading design delivery, including multidisciplinary design.Knowledge of hydraulic and/or geotechnical engineering as applied to the management and design of dams and reservoirs and their associated hydraulic structures.In depth knowledge of current UK design standards, guidance and working practices including the Reservoirs Act.Reward & benefitsExplore the rewards and benefits that help you thrive – at every stage of your life and your career.
