Oxford Health NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Archivist for a fixed-term position for 6 to 10 months within our Oxfordshire Health Archives. This temporary role is crucial for maintaining, organising, and safeguarding our archives, ensuring that key documents are accessible for both present needs and future generations.As an Archivist, you will manage the storage, cataloguing, and retrieval of records, support compliance with legal and regulatory standards, and assist internal and external stakeholders in accessing archived materials. You will play a key part in supporting the Trust's mission by protecting sensitive information and upholding the highest standards of data stewardship.We are looking for someone with excellent organisational skills, strong attention to detail, and a commitment to confidentiality.
