This is a high-profile operational role at the heart of Rolls‑Royce Submarines' Business Development function. You will lead operational excellence across the Business Development pipeline, ensuring campaigns are delivered efficiently, consistently, and in line with strategic objectives. You'll manage tools, reporting, and processes that enable teams to track performance, make data‑driven decisions, and improve capability across Defence and Civil Nuclear markets. This role also provides exposure to senior stakeholders and the opportunity to shape ways of working for a growing and high‑performing team. Responsibilities Develop, implement, and maintain operational processes, dashboards, and tools to track campaigns, pipeline, and financial performance. Lead reporting and analytics on budgets, resource allocation, and business development objectives. Champion cross‑functional collaboration and communication across Strategy, Customer, Government Relations, Technical, and Commercial teams. Design and deliver training, capability development, and best‑practice guidance to strengthen the Business Development team. Ensure compliance with governance, processes, and continuous improvement initiatives across all operational areas. This role sits within the Business Development department, supporting Submarines and Civil Nuclear energy opportunities.
