Job Title: Damp and Mould OperativeJob Type: PermanentJob Category: Property ServicesLocation: WestminsterSalary: £34,000.00 - £37,000.00 per annumWe are looking for an experienced Damp and Mould Operative to join a dedicated housing repairs team to support a long-term social housing contract based in Westminster.Responsibilities:Carrying out damp and mould treatment works within occupied properties as part of planned and responsive maintenance programmes.Diagnosing the root causes of damp, condensation, and mould issues, and implementing appropriate remedial actions to prevent recurrence.Applying specialists treatments, including anti-fungal washes, mould-resistant paints, and other protective coatings.Completing associated minor works such as plastering, painting, and decorating to restore affected areas following treatment.Maintaining a high standard of workmanship in accordance to health and safety regulations, internal quality standards, and client expectations.Accurately recording work completed, updating job sheets and reporting progress or issues to supervisors in a timely manner.Requirements:Full UK Driving Licence (minimum of 12 months)City & Guilds or Level 2 NVQ Diploma in Painting & Decorating, or a CSCS Blue Skilled Worker Card.Basic Criminal Record Check (DBS)Benefits:A company van with accident cover, parking permit, and fuel card for business use only.26 days' paid annual leave entitlement (excluding bank holidays)Overtime and out-of-hours call-out opportunities for additional earningsProfit share - discretionary annual bonus schemeEnhanced pension plan to support your futureLife assurance for added peace of mindShare save schemeExclusive employee discounts and vouchersComprehensive learning and development opportunities to support career growthExtensive wellbeing support, including access to an Employee Assistance Programme (EAP).Loyalty and values awards, recognising your dedication and achievements.Funded professional subscriptions to support your qualifications and career progression.If you are interested in this position, we'd encourage you to apply or reach out to Leah for more details.LON123 #J-18808-Ljbffr
