Damp & Mould Operative – £20.50 CIS – LambethVan & Fuel Card ProvidedWe are currently recruiting for experienced Damp and Mould Operatives to work with a reputable contractor on social housing properties across Lambeth. Job Details: Pay Rate: £20.50 per hour (CIS) Location: Lambeth and surrounding areas Start Date: ASAP Contract Type: Ongoing Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm Benefits: Company van and fuel card provided Responsibilities: Diagnose and treat damp and mould issues in occupied and void social housing properties Carry out relevant repairs, including anti-mould washes, redecoration, and associated carpentry or plastering tasks Identify underlying issues and report where further work may be required Ensure all works are completed to a high standard with minimal disruption to tenants Maintain clear records of work completed using a PDA or job sheets Requirements: Proven experience in damp and mould work, preferably in social housing Full UK driving licence (essential) Own tools (specialist tools can be provided where necessary) Valid CSCS card (preferred) Strong communication skills and customer service approach To apply, please send your CV or contact us directly for more information.
