Experience with electronic shipping and trade documentation, export credit arrangements, and borrowing‑based lending structures. Familiarity with the oil, gas, metals, and soft commodities sectors would be beneficial. Strong commercial awareness, excellent attention to detail, and a passion for delivering quality legal services.
