OverviewElectrical Supervisor - Large Static EstateLocation: GrangemouthSalary: Up to £45,000 + Company CarHours: Monday-Friday (No On-Call Rota)We are recruiting an experienced Electrical Supervisor to join a leading FM provider on a major static estate comprising multiple high-profile properties. This is a fantastic opportunity for a hands-on supervisor who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys leading a multi-skilled engineering team.The RoleAs the Electrical Supervisor, you will oversee day-to-day operations across a large, diverse estate, managing engineering teams covering electrical, mechanical, HVAC and fabric maintenance. You will ensure compliance, safety and high-quality service delivery across all buildings on site.This position offers excellent work-life balance with Monday-Friday hours and no on-call requirement, along with career progression within a respected FM organisation.Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise a multi-skilled team of electrical, mechanical, HVAC and fabric engineersOversee all electrical maintenance, testing and compliance across the estateEnsure safe systems of work, RAMS, permits and statutory responsibilities are followedCarry out and/or oversee testing & inspection and LV electrical workSupport planning and delivery of PPM and reactive maintenanceMonitor performance, allocate workloads and provide technical guidanceLiaise with clients, stakeholders and internal teams to ensure service excellenceLead on site audits, compliance checks and H&S proceduresAssist with quotes, budget planning and improvement initiativesSkills & Experience RequiredRecognised electrical qualifications (18th Edition as minimum)Testing & Inspection (2391 or equivalent) - highly desirableStrong LV experiencePrevious supervisory experience within FM, building services or a similar environmentAbility to lead, coach and motivate engineering teamsStrong understanding of compliance, H&S and statutory requirementsExcellent communication and organisational skillsWhats on Offer?Salary up to £45,000Company carMonday-Friday role with no on-call rotaSupportive environment with opportunities for developmentStable, long-term role on a major static estateIf youre an experienced Electrical Supervisor looking for a role where you can make an impact, lead a skilled team and enjoy a balanced working pattern, wed love to hear from you.
