KS3 Teacher Key Responsibilities Develop and implement personalised educational programs based on a curriculum with three various pathways. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including therapists and educational psychologists. Foster a positive and supportive classroom atmosphere. Monitor and assess student progress, adapting approaches and tailoring the learning to suit their needs. Engage with parents and caregivers to support student development at home and in school. Work with and lead a support team within the classroom. KS3 Teacher Qualifications Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent. Strong knowledge of ASD and MLD.
