SEN Teaching Assistant KS1 Wellesbourne School – CE Primary & Nursery School, Wellesbourne, Warwickshire. Fixed‑term position (linked to a child with an EHCP in Year 1), part of the Fosse MAT. 32.5 hours – paid at TA2 level. Term time only. We are seeking an exceptional candidate to work closely with a pupil with an EHCP in Year One. The successful candidate will complement the professional work of teachers by taking responsibility for agreed learning activities across the school and with a specific pupil. We look for a committed individual who believes that all children deserve an outstanding education, regardless of their past experiences, and who upholds our inclusive ethos and values to provide opportunities through direct support. Responsibilities Support teachers in delivering approved learning activities to the school and the specific pupil. Take responsibility for agreed learning activities across the school and with the pupil. Uphold inclusive ethos and values, ensuring all pupils make strong progress. Communicate confidently with teachers, pupils and parents. What we are looking for Experience working with vulnerable children and knowledge of KS1. A genuine interest in young people and their learning. Strong communication skills and the ability to provide an excellent service to pupils.
