This is a fantastic chance to grow your career in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, supporting end-to-end financial operations across our Total Supply Chain including both production and distribution.ResponsibilitiesWork closely with the Management Accountant to deliver high-quality management accounting services.Provide the production management team with accurate financial insights and performance analysis to inform strategic decisions and drive operational efficiency.Report on key metrics such as yield and labour efficiency; produce timely weekly and monthly variance reports; assist in the preparation of monthly management accounts with a focus on overheads.Compile and present departmental variance reports to cost centre managers, offering analysis to support performance improvement.Own the fixed asset register, ensure accurate transaction tracking in SAP, and monitor capital project spend with clear reports for senior stakeholders.Contribute to annual budgeting, forecasting, and broader business planning activities.Demonstrate strong analytical skills, a proactive mindset, and a passion for turning financial data into meaningful business insight.Education and experiencePart-qualified AAT or early-stage CIMA, ACCA, or CA studentPrevious experience in a management accounting role, ideally within a manufacturing or supply chain environmentStrong IT proficiency with advanced Microsoft ExcelFamiliarity with SAP or other ERP systemsQualities and attributesStrong planning and organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple prioritiesExcellent communication and collaboration skills, able to build strong working relationships across teamsProactive and self-motivated, with initiative and ownershipDeadline-driven and resilient, maintaining focus and accuracy in a fast-paced environmentSeniority levelEntry levelEmployment typeFull-timeIndustriesFood and Beverage Manufacturing #J-18808-Ljbffr
