Position Details University of SheffieldPart‑time – 21 hours per week, working pattern to be agreed.Faculty: Faculty of EngineeringSchool: School of Mechanical, Aerospace and Civil Engineering Overview We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Project Co‑ordinator to provide essential support for the School’s research groups. Responsibilities Provide comprehensive clerical support for regular leadership and committee meetings, including preparation of agendas and accurate recording of minutes. Help maintain accurate financial records, track project budgets and deliverables, and communicate timely updates and reports to the leadership team. Seamlessly manage and organise project events and meetings – both online and in‑person – including identifying suitable venues, coordinating technology, and arranging catering, travel, and on‑day support. Oversee and regularly update the project’s social media and website. Support the leadership team’s communication with funders and external partners. Maintain all necessary management information and records (e.g., timesheets, project documentation) to ensure readiness for reporting, audit purposes, and adherence to export‑control compliance.
