Your Role and Responsibilities As a rotational Specialist Clinical Pharmacist, you will engage in diverse and enriching rotations across key specialties, including Acute Medicine, Critical Care, Haematology/Oncology, Paediatrics, Antimicrobial Stewardship, Neurology, and Cardiothoracics. Each rotation spans six months, offering you valuable exposure and experience in both clinical and dispensary settings. Your primary responsibilities will include: Participating in rotational placements across various specialties. Contributing to clinical and dispensary commitments, as well as specialty projects and development work. Supporting and mentoring junior pharmacists, fostering their growth into Advanced Specialist Pharmacists (Band 8a) and other roles. Engaging in our Band 7 to 8a development pathway aligned with the national Core Advanced Pharmacist Curriculum. Teaching and mentoring pharmacy and medical students in collaboration with Keele University Pharmacy and Medical Schools.
