Business Development Representative - Leicestershire & Rutland (Remote) Join TeamFeePay’s expanding sales team and lead outreach efforts across key regions in Leicestershire & Rutland. Key Responsibilities Effectively communicate TeamFeePay's value proposition and tailor solutions to meet client needs. Demonstrate and sell our system confidently, showcasing our product. Complete pre‑qualification process for all leads, aligning with company strategy. Participate actively in pre‑ and post‑sales activities. Strategically manage the sales funnel and plan engagement with new clubs. Track and manage the sales pipeline in Salesforce, ensuring timely follow‑up and closure of deals. Introduce new sales to the Onboarding Manager. Deliver on business targets and KPIs. Plan and attend quarterly events and tournaments to engage with clubs. Maintain and source contact information for the regional club prospect database. Understand and support the club’s lifecycle and milestones. Review opportunity for automation and efficiency improvements. Collaborate with teams and departments to achieve results and deliver exceptional club experiences. Connections within grassroots football within your region. Proficient in CRM software. Proven experience achieving sales targets. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills. High resilience and patience. Process-driven with a strategic mindset. Able to work in a fast‑paced, engaging environment. Ability to identify and capitalise on opportunities within the customer base. Team player. Good time‑management skills. IT and computer literate – good working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
