About The Opportunity The Global IT Manager leads on defining and managing RI’s global IT infrastructure and is the primary global administrator for all RI IT solutions. The role includes responsibility for Endpoint Management solution (Microsoft Intune), SharePoint and OneDrive, MS Teams, data backups, Entra ID, group and user management, and global‑level configuration for the Microsoft 365 tenant, including license management, data storage management, budget planning, and policy and procedure formulation for Relief International. Your Responsibilities Manage the Global IT Support team to ensure effective and efficient IT support to organization users. Hold primary global administrator permission over all IT‑managed solutions, maintain functionality, and plan and implement system‑level changes or improvements. Support the SCO Director with forecasting and procurement of global Microsoft and other IT system licences, tracking and managing all global system licences within budget. Oversee global‑level device configuration and enrollment status through the Endpoint Management solution, package and implement application updates, and coordinate scheduled maintenance with country and regional IT teams. Provide end‑tier technical support via the IT support ticketing system to country and regional IT staff, addressing escalated issues. Manage data storage, conduct regular audits and cleanups to ensure sufficient storage for organizational needs. Document, approve, and implement SOPs for access management to organizational systems and devices, including external access and staff using personal devices for work. Complete all required IT training and ensure team members do the same. About You You will bring the following experience and skills. Essential Criteria Microsoft 365 Certified: Administrator Expert Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field preferred, or equivalent work‑related experience Previous experience working with cloud‑based (SaaS) solutions as system administrator or similar roles Expertise in Microsoft Entra ID and M365 environment administration At least 5 years’ experience managing Microsoft environments at an organizational level Deep understanding of Identity Management (SSO, user provisioning, MFA) and Microsoft Intune Mobile Device Management (MDM) Deep understanding of SharePoint and OneDrive document management and backup Advanced troubleshooting and multi‑tasking skills Strong communication skills in English Desirable Criteria Teams Administrator Associate (preferred) Identity, MDM, and M365 certifications Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator (SC‑300) Microsoft 365 Certified: Endpoint Administrator (MD‑102) Microsoft 365 Administrator Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate (AZ‑104) Knowledge in Cisco Meraki, Power BI, or Power Automation (plus) Research shows that women and people of colour are less likely to apply to jobs, unless they meet every single requirement.
