Casual Sales Assistant - Millwall FC Fan StoreCasual Sales Assistant - Millwall FC Fan StoreJob DescriptionCalling All Football Fans Are you looking at making extra money while having fun?Join our team as a Casual Retail Store Assistant and be part of the action taking place in Millwall FC Role PurposeCasual Retail Store Assistant are responsible for carrying out the front-line selling effort, driving sales revenue for the organization, creating the ultimate experience for our fans, as well as maintaining excellent retail standards through the back-of-house operations.Casual Retail Store Assistant will drive results through effective communication and a demonstrated ability to work as a member of a winning teamCasual Retail Store Assistant will usually be expected to work a part-time schedule which can include days, nights, and weekends.ResponsibilitiesGreet fans and ask questions to help make their shopping experience an enjoyable oneMake recommendations based on observations and conversations with fansHelp execute a brand connection by ensuring fans enjoy a seamless shopping experienceMaintain sales floor and/or stockroom standards with an eye to detailProcess sales transactions via the Fanatics Point of Sale System (POS)Housekeeping, cleanliness, and general standardsMaintain the highest standards of professionalism and customer service to ensure the Fanatics Brand and Team/League are always positively representedPerform additional responsibilities as directed by the management teamExperience & KnowledgePast experience working in retail or sales preferredAbility to work independently and responsibly in a fast-paced environmentAvailability to work extended hours on game days and during eventsJob Knowledge, Skills And AbilitiesPossess a fun, professional demeanourDemonstrated ability to build product knowledge of Team/League inventoryDemonstrated ability to work as a member of a team in fast-paced environments, servicing a diverse fan baseAbility to maintain high standards of organization and cleannessProven ability to overcome obstacles while maintaining a positive, can-do attitudeStrong verbal communication skillsThe job duties list is not exclusive nor exhaustive and the post holder will be required to undertake such tasks as may reasonably be expected within the scope /level of the role.About UsFanatics is building a leading global digital sports platform.
