Facilities CoordinatorAs Facilities Coordinator you will ensure the smooth operation of workplace services, maintaining compliance and fostering a safe, clean, and well‑equipped offices services environment. You will deliver high quality FM services across the business, supporting staff, visitors, and stakeholders.ResponsibilitiesAct as the main point of contact between the business and FM service providers, ensuring effective communication, service delivery, and stakeholder satisfaction.Oversee day‑to‑day facilities operations including reception, cleaning, washrooms, tea points, vending, waste management, pest control, and general building maintenance.Manage procurement and budget activities – sourcing quotes, approving works, tracking spend, and maintaining accurate records and documentation.Promote health, safety, and compliance by conducting audits, managing risk assessments, and ensuring emergency procedures are followed.Champion a collaborative, high‑quality FM environment that encourages sustainability, innovation, and continuous service improvement.QualificationsDemonstrable experience in a similar facilities management role.Supplier / subcontractor management with performance monitoring.Knowledge of facility management standards and legislation.Experience with stationery, cleaning, and reprographics.Corporate customer service experience.Broad understanding of soft services (mailroom, archiving, pest control, vending).Excellent administration and organisation skills.Experience of document management.In return you will receive a salary of up to GBP 29,000 pa plus pension and generous annual leave.
