With investment in advanced rehabilitation technology and a 24/7 therapeutic model, we deliver the most comprehensive neurorehabilitation pathway in the country.We are seeking a Lead Occupational Therapist(Band 7 equivalent) to join our expert team at Woodlands Neurological Rehabilitation Centre in York. This senior role offers the opportunity to develop and lead an OT service in a highly specialist setting. You'll work with patients with complex neurological conditions, lead a dedicated Occupational Therapy team, and integrate cutting-edge rehab technology into personalised therapy programmes.You'll have the opportunity to work with advanced rehabilitation technology, including Luna EMG, Arm Motus, Ankle Motus, ExoMotus, and Anti-Gravity Treadmill, enabling data-driven therapy, accelerated functional recovery, and measurable improvements in mobility, strength, and motor control.Were setting a new benchmark for neurological rehabilitation outcomes, patient experience, and clinical excellence.
