About the Role: We are recruiting an experienced EDM Wire Operator to join our client dynamic team. You will play a key role in their expanding operations, focusing on precision machining using advanced EDM technology. Key Responsibilities: Program, set up, and operate EDM machinery, including Wire, Spark, and EDM Drill types. Produce high‑tolerance components from technical drawings. Interpret complex engineering blueprints and ensure adherence to strict tolerances. Perform routine machine maintenance and troubleshoot operational issues. Collaborate with engineers and production teams to optimize workflows and meet deadlines. Support continuous improvement initiatives and adapt to evolving production needs. Experience working with high‑performance materials (e.g., hardened steels, alloys). Detail‑oriented with a commitment to quality and precision.
