An opportunity has arisen to join a successful company in the Insulation industry as a machine operative in a business sector which has grown exponentially over the last 30 years.

We have been in business for over 15 years as an independent supplier of specialist insulation materials, focusing on fabricating bespoke insulation products for various industry sectors such as construction, retail, and leisure. Over the last 14 years we have invested in our people, machines and equipment to keep the company at the forefront of an ever-growing industry.
- Shadow training with experienced operatives
- Trained to operate all machinery including manual and CNC set up
- Trained to fault find and maintain equipment
- Product checking for quality and correct size specification
- Packaging of finished goods
- Waste management
- A clearly defined path of progression

Pay: Starting salary £20,000.00 - Reviewed quarterly based on company skills matrix

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From £20,000.00 per year
