SEN Teaching Assistant – Full Time | Start ASAP
Location: Telford
Pay: £444–£455 per week
Hours: Full-time | Start Date: Immediate Starts Available

Are you passionate about supporting children with additional learning needs and helping them reach their full potential?
ABC Teachers is looking for a dedicated and compassionate SEN Teaching Assistant to join a friendly and inclusive Special Educational Needs school in Telford. This long-term, full-time role starts as soon as possible and offers a rewarding opportunity to make a real difference every day. 

Your Role

Provide engaging 1:1 and small group support to primary-aged pupils

Create a positive, nurturing, and inclusive classroom environment where every child can thrive

Collaborate with teachers to adapt learning activities to meet individual needs

✅ What We’re Looking For

A calm, patient, and confident approach to supporting behaviour and learning

Experience working with children who have SEN or additional needs

Strong communication skills and the ability to build trust and positive relationships

Able to provide references, hold a valid DBS, and have the Right to Work in the UK
