Night Porter Location: Liverpool Salary: Up to £12.90 OTE including Tronc Company Benefits The Night Porter is instrumental in overseeing the running of the hotel from sundown to sunrise. This is a hands‑on role managing the guest expectations and ensuring the brand standards are maintained. Responsibilities: Taking responsibility for the Food & Beverage Department of the hotel during the night. Welcoming guests to the hotel in a friendly and helpful manner and ensuring that the public areas are kept immaculate. Cleaning public areas and preparing meeting and event spaces for the next day. Assisting guests with their luggage, dealing with enquiries and carrying out nightly Health and Safety audits. Working a range of shifts and days, 7 days a week year‑round with flexible patterns. Assisting night shift work (essential) and collaborating with the team. Possibly progressing to Night Supervisory or Assistant Night Management roles. Qualifications & Experience: Experience of working in a similar role is beneficial. Experience of night shift work is essential. Organised, excellent communicator.
