Role Lead process design for clean water and wastewater projects, including hydraulic analysis, mass balances and technical reports. Support asset optimisation studies and on‑site testing such as jar tests and pilot plant trials. Collaborate with UK water utilities to translate strategic needs into engineering solutions. Share best practices within Stantec’s global community. Day‑to‑Day Impact Technical Excellence: Process design development and technical reporting. On‑Site Experience: Site investigations and performance testing. Client Collaboration: Direct engagement with utility clients. Global Networking: Participation in Stantec’s “one team” ecosystem. About You Formal graduate programme or equivalent experience in the water sector, with exposure to clean water or wastewater specialisms. A collaborative spirit within an integrated team environment. A drive to innovate and industry best practices for high‑value, sustainable outcomes.
