Process Engineer – SMR Project Join Our Team as a Process Engineer and contribute to designing complex thermal and fluid systems for an innovative SMR project. Key Responsibilities Analyse & Calculate – support cooling water island systems with cutting‑edge analysis and calculation methods. Flow & Thermal Analyses – perform static and transient flow and thermal analyses using advanced software tools. System Design & Integration – assist in designing and integrating various systems. Documentation – produce, review and update system documentation. Control Philosophy – define control strategies for system performance. Component Sizing – determine appropriate sizes for system components. Thermal‑Hydraulic Modelling – conduct thermal‑hydraulic calculations and modelling. Equipment Specifications – formulate detailed equipment specifications. Qualifications Education – degree in Process or Chemical Engineering, or equivalent. Skills – strong understanding of fluid mechanics, heat transfer, and thermodynamics. Experience – proven experience in producing design documentation and test specifications. Software – proficiency with PIPESIM, Flomaster, or other 1D CFD software. Additional Information Due to the nature of the work, applicants must meet UK security clearance criteria.
