This is a permanent opportunity offering high-quality work, a strong client base, and excellent career development within a collaborative and forward-thinking environment.The RoleYou will manage a varied caseload of employment law matters, supporting clients primarily in the health and care sectors. Responsibilities include:Advising on employee relations, disciplinary and grievance processesConducting and supporting Employment Tribunal litigationDrafting and reviewing contracts, policies, and proceduresAdvising on TUPE and employment aspects of commercial transactionsDelivering client training and contributing to business developmentCollaborating with colleagues across practice areasCandidate RequirementsThis role is suited to a qualified Solicitor with:1-4 years' PQE in employment lawExperience in both contentious and non-contentious mattersIdeally, exposure to health and care sector clientsStrong technical knowledge and case management skillsExcellent communication and client relationship abilitiesCommercial awareness and a proactive approachA collaborative and team-oriented mindsetWorking ArrangementsThis is a full-time role based in the Bristol office.
