**JOB TITLE: Employment Consultant Solicitor**

**SALARY: Fee-Share Arrangement**
**THE ROLE**:
This is an exciting opportunity for a Senior Solicitor/ Partner to join this award-winning law firm. The role is available on a consultancy basis. In this flexible role you will have the opportunity to take charge of your career, choosing the hours you workand the files you handle, working from home and only attending the office when you have meetings, working with your existing client base as well as undertaking business development to build on your success. The firm will help with marketing and work generation,but it is encouraged that consultants view cases that the firm can refer to as a bonus rather than what they rely on. This is an excellent opportunity to move away from the constraints of a traditional law firm setting to really focus on what matters mostto you, building relationships with your clients which results in fee income. You should be an experienced Employment Solicitor/ Partner, ideally with a client following.
