Tax Technology Senior Manager – Transfer Pricing Join KPMG as a Tax Technology Senior Manager – Transfer Pricing. The role leads the development, adoption and commercialisation of KPMG’s transfer pricing technology stack, including AI solutions, for the national transfer pricing practice. Responsibilities This particular role is for Senior Manager – Transfer Pricing Technology Lead, sat in KPMG’s TT&I team with direct responsibility for Transfer Pricing Transformation and Compliance. Key responsibilities: Actively identify new transfer pricing technology opportunities and manage end‑to‑end development and marketing of solutions. Work with colleagues across the national transfer pricing practice to combine KPMG’s technical expertise with technology solutions and develop compelling commercial propositions for clients. Target businesses and win transfer pricing technology opportunities. Maintain client relationships and act as the main point of contact for clients and stakeholders. Collaborate with KPMG’s global network and regional SMEs on transfer pricing technology strategy. Engage internal and external stakeholders to drive adoption of technology solutions and align with business objectives. Manage various projects and lead day‑to‑day delivery processes. Financial management, including developing and managing project budgets and billing to ensure profitable delivery. Coach and develop junior team members, delivering training sessions and on‑the‑job coaching. Ensure timely reporting to senior management. Qualifications Either a CTA, CA, ACA, ACCA or a bachelor’s or master’s degree in economics, finance, law, accounting or equivalent qualification. At least 7 years of transfer pricing experience, preferably including the preparation of transfer pricing documentation and advisory work such as value chain analysis. Experience working in a product development environment, developing technology propositions for clients and working with low‑code tools and platforms like Alteryx and Power Platform. Ability to think strategically and drive innovation. High level of drive and enthusiasm with a positive attitude. Strong commercial awareness. Very strong people skills for engaging with clients and team members. Highly organised with excellent communication and project management skills. Experience working across a geographically diverse team. Ability to work autonomously and take initiative as appropriate.
